Skills programmes define courses that we extract from our full qualifications or learnerships. Specific SETA compliances must be honoured to ensure that learners get value from the training on specific skills. A combination of core unit standard and elective unit standard concepts provides foundational development and extends a learner's knowledge and skills in a holistic and integrated way.
