Our Human Rights Bundle of courses aims to empower individuals and teams. Each workshop’s focal point in the bundle is to enhance, heighten and distinguish the skills necessary to be a harmonious and emotionally perceptive human being.
In the workplace, we work together with different groups of individuals. In such situations, it is necessary to learn to understand people who are different. It is also vital to support and shield people from various cultural backgrounds, race groups, genders, and other differences who experience intolerance and harm.
Tolerance is not adequate—it is similar to putting up with a person’s differences, just for the sake of appearing like you are a decent human being. Acceptance is much more. It means that you accept others for who they are, where they come from, and the importance they add to your own life and workplace experiences.
