Dear Valued Client,

By now, many of you would have adopted a remote way of work – albeit with a few challenges and your teams would have been unwittingly thrust into the adoption of new technology. In times of uncertainty, we are faced with fear and anxiety over what the future holds, but we reveal our adaptability to change and our resilience to overcome barriers. Oftentimes, whilst navigating these unchartered environments, trying to find a way through the unknown, we find ourselves in magnificent destinations.

Innovation does not come from the normal days… it is driven by a disruption, interruption or an extreme challenge that needs to be solved.
Given the current global crisis, we can be assured that the education and training landscape will evolve beyond traditional boundaries. Now is the time for ongoing and specific training interventions to ensure we are all “future-fit” in the world that awaits post-crisis. Up-skilling, Re-Skilling and Future-Skilling have never been more critical.

We are connected through virtual tools and spaces and working purposefully (and remotely) to continue delivering service excellence to our learners and clients nationwide. The South African economy and greater global markets will require ongoing commitment from the various stakeholders to ensure business continuity and support an economic recovery beyond lockdown, and as such, People Solutions are available to assist you in your strategic planning during this time.

Updates:
We are in ongoing discussions with the various SETA’s, Industry Bodies such as DHET, BPESA, BUSA and other stakeholders around potential short and medium term solutions to meeting training requirements, including potential digital delivery solutions, whilst ensuring the safety and compliance of our learners, clients and staff. We will communicate feedback as and when it develops.
Further to this, our Innovation and Product teams are currently in testing phase for a bespoke online learning solution, geared towards essential crisis management skills and future skills to equip your teams and employees with the knowledge they need to thrive in times of change. We will be sharing important information on this solution over the course of the next few weeks. Please check out our social media platforms for more information and remember that we already have an AI-driven, microlearning platform FutureSkills.Africa which we developed and launched last year. The financial literacy pathway will become increasingly relevant for all South Africans who face a potentially debt-burdened existence and equips the individual with critical knowledge to reduce probability to default, understand impact and implement responsible financial management practices.
